Who We Are
Designcast Services was founded on a simple and powerful idea: that world-class architectural production support should be accessible to design firms anywhere in the world, delivered at affordable rates, reliably, and with international standards.
We are a specialised back-end services partner to architecture, interior design, and real estate firms across the UAE, Europe, and North America. We handle the technical and production workload: CAD drafting, BIM Modelling, Rendering, Animation, Illustration, and AI-aided concept development, so that your team can focus entirely on design and client relationships.
Behind Designcast is a founding partnership that is, in itself, a statement of intent. Three forces combined: an architectural practice of international repute, a technology company with a global footprint, and a business development powerhouse with deep knowledge of international markets. Zohaib Zuby, Managing Director
Zohaib is an architect, author, and interdisciplinary thinker with nearly two decades of experience across design practice, academia, and the humanities.
He holds a Master’s degree from the Aga Khan University in London, specialising in Philosophy, a formation that shapes how he leads: with rigour, curiosity, and genuine investment in understanding. His architectural work has earned international recognition, including a “Highly Commended” at the UIA 2030 Award in partnership with UN Habitat for his Low Cost Housing work.
Beyond architecture, Zohaib is the author of The Boy and the Leopard and the co-founder of Be-khudi, a mindfulness and meditation platform.
He brings to Designcast what no purely technical background can offer: the ability to listen deeply, think across disciplines, and lead with both intelligence and integrity.
